Return / Exchange Policy

Our primary concern is your full satisfaction. We want you to be satisfied with all items you purchase from www.customcut.nyc. You may return the item within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price, minus handling, shipping, or other charges. The returned items must be in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all documents, parts and accessories to receive full credit.
Return shipping charges must be pre-paid, by the customer. Including any customs, duties, taxes, postage and any other applicable charges, which will not be refunded. We will refund you for any/all postage and taxes if the product is defective or a mistake by www.customcut.nyc occurred when completing your order. Note that, tax on shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Return Instructions

  1. All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received and in their original packaging. Pack the item(s) securely.
  2. If replacing the same item(s) for a different size, please indicate new size in a note next to the returned product(s). Please contact us for any other type of exchange.
  3. Send your package so that it can be tracked with a tracking number. US Post return receipt or UPS are recommended. We will not be responsible if there is no proof that the product was delivered to us.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or in error, we ask that you please contact our customer service department ASAP at orders@customcut.nyc for apparel items, please carefully read the care instructions on the inside label before wear and wash. Any damage due to wear and tear or inappropriate washing is the customer’s responsibility.
www.customcut.nyc cannot take responsibility for items received in good condition, which were later damaged in use.

Return Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on the following merchandise:

  • Any personalized or engraved item, such as a customized shirt or logo shirts.
  • Any apparel item that has been used, worn or washed

 

Refunds

Please allow us up to 30 business days to send a refund for any returned item(s). Shipping and handling will not be refunded, unless a product is received defective or damaged. Refunds for will be based on the price paid at the time of your order. No price adjustments will be considered. Refunds will be issued in same payment method originally used by the customer.
